Great service and friendly staff Outstanding views Great onsen facilities Room was very spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness was outstanding, nothing seemed run-down or old. Appreciated the little efforts to recognise our honeymoon. Very relaxing atmosphere throughout the whole hotel.

Breakfast is Fair but not Stunning. However, Accommodation & Facitities, Hotel Environment is AMAZING! Very Model & Grand Grade! AMAZING ROOM, Bathroom & toliet I trust it's the Best & most Top in BEPPU! Very Impressed & Must come Again!

Amazing facilities with great details in minds. It was far better than we expected. The dinner at the Atlier was one of the best fine dinning experience we had.

Perfect location, superb view overlooking the town and bay. Friendly and professional staff. Multitude of choices for breakfast, both Japanese and Western. Oita beef steak..a must try in an elevated and refined atmosphere at Atelier & Bar.

There were plenty of choices at the breakfast and everything tasted so good. They had various types of home-made jam and juice! The pool was so good that my kid did't want to do anything other than spending time in the pool, so you don't have to think about where you should take your kids as log as you stay at the hotel.
